What does it include?

  • 1 x initial consultation (up to 75 minutes)

  • 3 x monthly follow up consultations (30 minutes)

  • Detailed health questionnaire, medical history and food diary analysis prior to consultation

  • Unlimited messaging support over the programme period to answer any questions, help keep you accountable and chat about any concerns or challenges that pop up (however big or small!)

  • A personalised plan tailored to your needs, containing:

    • Nutrition advice to get to the root cause of your symptoms

    • Sustainable lifestyle changes

    • Helpful food swaps and shopping list suggestions

    • Meal suggestions and recipes

    • Evidence-based recommendations rooted in science (no fad diets!)

    • Supplement recommendations (if required) linked straight to your email

  • Rolling programme - 4 months minimum but the spot is yours as long as you need it! I won't abandon you at the end of the 4 months, I am available to continue supporting you until you feel happy with the place you are at with your health​

How does it work?
4 month programme
Step 1

After your free discovery call and ahead of our first consultation, you will complete an online health questionnaire and send over a 4-day food diary for analysis (2-weekdays and 2-weekend days)

 

Step 2

The first consultation will last up to 75 minutes via Zoom, deep diving in to your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, personal and family medical history to provide a full picture of what’s going on, to better understand your goals and help us create a plan to achieve them

 

Step 3

After your session, I will create your personalised client plan, including: nutrition advice, sustainable lifestyle changes and tips, helpful food swaps and shopping list tips, tips to navigate any obstacles that could pop up, meal suggestions and recipes, evidence-based recommendations rooted in science (no fad diets!) and supplement recommendations if required.

Step 4

​We will catch up once a month to review your progress, to have a chat about what’s working, what you’re finding more challenging and work out a strategy for the following month, adjusting as necessary as we go. I will be available in between consultations for unlimited messaging support for any concerns, questions, or challenges and for accountability!
